Seriously the best dealer I’ve ever been to! !!! The manager Rico got me in right away due to me being an emergency responder and getting a flat on the freeway. I was greeted by Adam who took car !!! I had a great experience with the lease of my 2023 Prius Prime. The unfortunate thing was the time time of when it was supposed to be delivered. Which was out of their hands. But what was in their hands was Prime. The unfortunate thing was the time time of when it was supposed to be delivered. Which was out of their hands. But what was in their hands was the passing back and forth of salesman that were contacting me. Some of the time it was too many and at other times not enough. Not really organized from start to finish with who handles what and who. I ended up getting service done on my 2021 Prius Prime 3 days before my my new car was delivered. Therefore I'm not real happy about that. More
