My experience at this location was very disappointed. I received a very poor service from the sales manager. Although I purchased a 45 thousand dollar vehicle, he showed a very arrogant attitude. Not even once this person welcomed me despite being sitting in front of me. His poor customer service skills were also shown in the way he handled a reckless mistake made during the vehicle purchase. After signing the purchase agreement, I noticed that one of the vehicle tires was damage. When I notified this to the sales manager not only he refused to repair the tire but insulted me by saying that “the dealer could install the tire free of charge but I needed to purchase it” . I was not asking for charity. I was asking for the dealer to take responsibility for it mistake. One thing I learned from this experience is that not everyone has good customer service at this location. After this bad experience, I will never return to this location. If I can give this location less than one star, I will be happy to do it. Unfortunately it is not possible. More
