Good service I've been bringing my vehicle here for years. I've tried other dealerships, but would rather drive the extra few miles to Anaheim. The wait time is long, but I come prepared and like to use the time to get personal tasks done. Large waiting area plus free wifi. The only negative is whoever drives my car insists on moving my seat all the way forward. I don't appreciate having my vehicle returned with the seat practically against the steering wheel 😠 More

My service experience Everything was great as always, but this is the second time they steal from my car. I do take fault in this for leaving money in my car.. but then again it is my car and the guys working at TOYOTA should be trusted. NOT in this case. First time I had like $80 and they took $15. I had forgotten that I had money in my car the previous night. This time they took all my quarters I had and left me with the dimes . Haha I don’t care about the money. Maybe they need it more than I do, who knows. What I care about is the principle of it. I had literally told someone this morning, “let’s see what goes missing this time”. Very unfortunate. Other than that the service advisor youbert moreh was amazing :) super sweet and not pushy. I appreciated that very much ! Thank you More

Billing for Work that was not performed! On Sept 29, 2017, I brought my Toyota Camry for 10K check up at Toyota Miller Anaheim. I took before and after service photos of my car. Later that On Sept 29, 2017, I brought my Toyota Camry for 10K check up at Toyota Miller Anaheim. I took before and after service photos of my car. Later that day, I was reviewing and comparing the photos and I noticed that the positions of all 4 wheels after the servicing are exactly the same position as before the servicing. Toyota Miller invoice showed TIRE ROTATION was performed but the photos showed the tires were not rotated. My mags have unique markings/leftover adhesive….that is how I can tell the tires were not rotated. Who knows what else the technician, Mr. Steven De La Cruz, did not perform but billed my invoice? I complained to their Service Director Mr. Andrew Baer. I’m dissatisfied with their services due to their inadequate quality control and loose management. I’m changing dealer. More
