Arrived there promptly and it took 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation and they didn't do a multi point inspection. They charge 3% for a credit card and add on extra charges that they don't tell change and tire rotation and they didn't do a multi point inspection. They charge 3% for a credit card and add on extra charges that they don't tell you about up front. They didn't put in the right amount for my coupon. I didn't get a multi point inspection report. Someone called to see how my service was and I explained the issues I had. She said they would send me the multi point inspection report but that was a lie. I think they never did one. He was incredibly clear in his explanations; even though Federico translated for us, we understood everything perfectly—which was a huge help, as our English isn't very strong.
