Very Courteous and Professional Staff ! I can't say enough good about this dealership and its workers. We loved everything about the Sienna Van and wanted to purchase one for my "retirement I can't say enough good about this dealership and its workers. We loved everything about the Sienna Van and wanted to purchase one for my "retirement vehicle".....an exciting time in our lives. We immediately got hooked up with Justin Bailey who did an awesome job taking care of us. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly and has kept in touch with us to make sure we have everything we need. Stephanie DiCarlo was proactive in taking care of a discount for us and she was as friendly as ever. Rich Mangelli took care of our finances while being very pleasant and extremely helpful. Dave Hogue saw me at one time standing alone while waiting and he came right up to me and very kindly talked and had conversation with me. I asked him some questions about vehicles on the showroom floor and he was very helpful. All employees were professional, friendly and very helpful!!! An Exciting Experience !!! Great all around experience! My wife and I leased a 2015 Toyota Highlander. We knew the lease would be up in October of 2017. We had my eye on a 2017 Highlander Hybrid. So after l My wife and I leased a 2015 Toyota Highlander. We knew the lease would be up in October of 2017. We had my eye on a 2017 Highlander Hybrid. So after looking around Pittsburgh and calling local dealers. Who either didn't have the time to look for what we wanted or just didn't want to do a dealer trade. I called Boardman Toyota. Michael" Bubba" Kirkwood answered my call and started looking for our Hybrid Highlander. He found what we were looking for 60mi away in PA. We are from PA and the dealerships that i called or visited couldn't do this. Bubba was very nice, professional and a man of his integrity.
