Fast and fun I had been to other dealerships to scout out a new car. By Saturday morning Boardman had found the car I was asking for. By Monday afternoon I was driving it home with a price I was happy with! Erica in the finance department informed me of all my options for warranty coverage, without pressuring me into buying something I didn't want. He was great to work with, an excellent communicator, and he gave us a price that it made it worth the 2-1/2 hour drive. Justin Bailey did an excellent job teaching us about our new car and expediting the paperwork. We were not familiar with some of the safety features, and Justin drove around with us until we felt comfortable with the new technologies. An excellent sales experience, and we love our new Avalon! I live in Denver Colorado and found a vehicle at a used car dealer close to this dealership. I had the used car place drop it off and ask for Gerald since I talked to him first and he put me at ease over the phone. The vehicle checked out and I may purchase it, but the best part of the deal was working with Gerald. If I wasn't 1400 miles away, I would be brining my 2012 Camry and my 2016 Tundra to Gerald for service. Keep up the good work Gerald. More

He worked with us and our growing family to get exactly what we wanted. He was professional, answered my many many questions, and made sure to get the car we wanted. He even set up my phone and went over all the features of the car so I am not guessing months from now what a button does. This is the 3rd car we have purchased from him and wouldn't go anywhere else! We worked with Erica Graham on the financing and she was friendly, efficient, and didn't make the process and signing seem like a chore. She offered us a few upgrades and didn't pressure us into buying the extras, if we didn't want to. I would happily recommend this team to anyone looking for a new/used car! More
