I had stopped at several dealerships while shopping for a new used vehicle. I must say that none of the others had employees that where as nice and courteous as those i worked with there. they where upfront new used vehicle. First off, Nick is a very friendly dude and there was no beating around the bush so thats a plus. The truck I wanted was not in stock, but it was delivered to the lot within a day of purchase. John introduced us to Victor Piccione who worked diligently through the sale process. We had a limited mount of cash and did not want to take out a loan. Victor and John made it possible to purchase the 2011 white Camry XLE 4 door sedan. As a result, we were able to also purchase the wrap warranty. Victor explained the car fax details and gave us a copy of it. He gave us the car measurements,type of oil, the certification process. He took us on a test drive and explained details of entry,shifting,heater,lights and many other things about the car. After the test drive, on a cold snowy day, the car was rewashed and filled with gas which were nice unexpected services. Erica Graham helped finish details of the transaction, also in a very professional manner. She willingly answered questions,--even the next day as a follow up. We had overlooked removing the garage door opener from our trade in. Victor retrieved it and will send it back to us. The waiting room and amenities were very comfortable, and the restrooms were spotless. Our total experience on 11/13/2013 at Boardman Toyota was exceptional in every way.
