Every since I owned the RAV4 I have being very satisfied. Once the new 2013 came out, I couldn't resist to buy the vehicle. Once I started looking for this vehicle, Victor was able to contact me right away a Once the new 2013 came out, I couldn't resist to buy the vehicle. Once I started looking for this vehicle, Victor was able to contact me right away and was able to work with my schedule to go and see the vehicle and get my old RAV4 appraised. I gave my rating as great because it was a very simple and easy experience. Kevin Sikora helped me to find the right car for me and then worked with me so that I could get the best price. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the Rav4, which is what I bought, and I am very happy that i did. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and friendly. No pressure to buy. Everyone was able to call me back in a quickly and timely matter if they were not immediately available. Upfront and honest about the vehicle I was buying. ( it was a used suv that was just traded in) They did all the leg work for the loan and because my credit union was a better deal for me they worked with my agent directly. Got everything done in one day and drove off on the same day as well. More
