I found the dealership very accomadating and knowledgable of the product they sold. Our sales associate was very knowledgeable of his product pointing out many fine points of interst that made our final disc of the product they sold. Why I gave all 5's? Easy to answer. We saw a Prius online while we were in Texas for the winter. We used the internet to connect with Josh Bakuhn, who had sold our daughter a Prius. He was professional and met our daughter to test drive the car. We were second in line for the first one we had "looked at". Josh showed Lisa two others and we bought the blue one. All of the applications were done over the phone, with emails, and the mail service. Erica Graham took care of the loan papers. She stated a good interest rate and we accepted, then Erica continued searching and found a better rate at the bank we deal with. She went above and beyond what we expected. Six weeks later we returned to Ohio and called to pick up the car. We also had called the service department to have door guards installed and I expected clear or chrome colored. They are an exact match for the blue! I am very pleased with my first experience with the service department. Nathan met us, introduced us to everyone, got us refreshments, and took us on a test ride in the car. He had filled the tank (never had that happen with a pre-owned vehicle), set the clock, and had the car ready to go. While on the drive, he showed the many features on the car. Last but not least, Eric Sanata did the paperwork for the temporary tags so we could take the car home. The total experience of purchasing the car was similar to making a major purchase at a quality merchant. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would deal here again when we to replace the next car. I found this sales staff 'laid-back' and not agressive as I've found others in the past. To me, this makes for a more pleasant buying/service experience rather than, 'what do i have to do to get you in this car, or ' are you going to buy this car today?' Jim, Shane, and Eric made it a good, satisifying, pleasant, buying experience. I had some minor issues prior to delivery of this vehicle and Jim took care of them in a professional/satisfactory manner and vehicle was delivered 'on time' and with no problems. The staff truly takes you under their wing, so to speak, and made the WHOLE experience flow nicely. Based on my experience, i would recommend this dealership and staff to anyone, and in a few years when my wife needs another car, we will return to this establishment. I have driven nothing but Honda's and Toyota's since 1984 and it feels good to be back under the Toyota umbrella. More

I have dealt with Mike in the past so we have an ongoing customer/salesman relationship. I came in to get my oil changed and saw the Honda Accord on the lot. I asked Mike if I could test drive it and we wen customer/salesman relationship. I came in to get my oil changed and saw the Honda Accord on the lot. I asked Mike if I could test drive it and we went from there. Mike gave me an honest assessment of the Honda. He knows that I do not want to got back and forth with the GM 20 times to arrive at a price. When we talked money Mike brought Shane(The GM) into the room. He gave me his price and we were 1000 apart. We ended up meeting half way and made the deal. Mike is straight forward and honest. If he was not I would have went somewhere else. Anything that he told me would be included (oil change-full tank of gas) it was included. I bought two new Camery's and a Solara since 2005. Mike has been the consumate professional on all occasions. I recommend Mike and Toyota of Boardman to anyone looking for a car. I will return there again for service and sales if and when I need a car. More

This was my first experience with leasing a vehicle, so I don't know that there was anything that could have been done to make the process less overwhelming. My situation seemed unique, so there were some bugs in the process which did not lead me to have the experience I was anticipating from them. I worked with Rich Mangelli for 2 months prior looking for a vehicle that met my specifications. He did everything he could to get me in the vehicle I wanted at a price I could afford. Then circumstances arose that did not enable me to go through with the sale. Since Rich was out on the day I camein ready to buy on the last day of the vehicle incentive, Josh helped me out. He was friendly and got me where I needed to be for pricing on a similar vehicle. Having said that, after 3 hours of price deliberations I went to Erica for the final paperwork. She patiently explained it all, but I was very shocked to find things like total loss /GAP insurance were an additional charge. From my research this is very important coverage to have on a leased vehicle, so it either jacked my monthly payment up or I had to come up with additonal cash up front. Since I was already at the limit for a monthly payment I had to find extra funds (which was not easy!) to cover it. More
