He was extremely friendly and not high pressured like other sales people we encountered at other dealerships. He was able to answer all of our questions and was very honest. Doug had our best interest in mind and helped us choose a car that was perfect for us. He also made sure he gave us a great price. We never felt pressured into making a decision. It was a very easy process. After our car was purchased, Doug took a lot a time showing us all of the features included in the car we selected. He wanted us to be comfortable with all of the features before we left the dealership. The whole process of purchasing our car was very smooth.
