Jessica was very pleasant and friendly through the entire buying process. Overall the experience was fine. The car runs well, it is basically what we were looking for and the dealership was accommodating in buying process. Overall the experience was fine. We were relieved to find how easy this salesman was to work with and how eager he was to assist us. Kevin turned our personal nightmare into an actual pleasant outcome by offering us assurance, excellent and constant communication, and was able to complete our transaction in the very short time frame that we had to work with. There was not a strong desire to purchase that day due to my husband having just bought a new car for himself. But, with an above-expectation trade-in price offered for my old car and a rebate and low financing--I drove out of the lot with a new car. It handles well, is extremely comfortable(I drive quite a bit for my job)and gets excellent gas mileage.
