Recommend this Dealer ALL Day ! Salesman-Kevin Bertillaci. Kevin Bertilacci Had the Honda Odyssey 2013-EXL ready when I came at 9:00 AM on a Saturday-12/16/2017. Kevin answered All My Questions and we came to Kevin Bertilacci Had the Honda Odyssey 2013-EXL ready when I came at 9:00 AM on a Saturday-12/16/2017. Kevin answered All My Questions and we came to an agreement in 15 Minutes. It was a fair Deal for Both Sides. The Paperwork was Drawn Up and I was Out of there in 2 Hours. My wife and I set a time to come into the dealership and was met by Dave our salesman and the sales manager John Mitsos. Both of these gentleman have made our experience a relaxed and smooth transition into our new RAV 4. We believe that or trade was given a good price and the deal on the new car was up front with NO hidden costs. This the second car I have bought/leased from there, and plan to keep doing business with Toyota of Boardman in the future.. I have been to other dealers in the Valley, and they have always given us a song and dance routine,or played the numbers game, which brought us to where we are now.. Thanks Dave and Big J.... More

Above and beyond service I was back in Youngstown visiting friends after moving away to Grand Rapids, Michigan. On my way into town I accidentally ran over a metal pipe on the I was back in Youngstown visiting friends after moving away to Grand Rapids, Michigan. On my way into town I accidentally ran over a metal pipe on the highway that was unavoidable. After getting my car towed to Toyota my service manager, Gerald went above and beyond for me. I was very flustered and upset about my car and worried because I was only in Ohio for a few days. Gerald called the next morning with my price tag and time frame....he even called and talked to my father upon me asking him to do so. I don't know cars well....needed dad's go ahead on repairs ha! By the very next day at 10am my car was done and ready for pick up. The mechanic came in early to fix my car. The whole team worked hard to get me and my car back on the road in time for my trip back home to Michigan. THANK YOU EVERYONE!!!! More
