He took us through the entire process of purchasing a new Rav4 From the moment we walked into the dealership, we were impressed with Kevin Bertilacci. He took us through the entire process of purchasing a new Rav4 and did so with total professionalism. Our past experiences in buying a new car at other dealerships has not usually been a pleasant one, but this time was very different. Trust is the difference! Keven is obviously a very honest person who also demonstrates a very caring attitude toward helping making this experience a very informed and positive one. Kevin thoroughly explained every aspect of buying a new car and answered every question with complete professionalism. Much the same can be said about Jessica and Rich, as they also helped us make just the right choices. Thank you Jessica, Rich, and especially Keven, for making this process a very positive one. Mostly because of these three people. we will definitely come back to Toyota of Boardman the next time we are looking to buy a car. More

Very easy/transparent CPO purchase process I had been looking at used Toyota Certified Venza's when one came up for sale at Toyota of Boardman. They are about an hour drive for me so it wasn't I had been looking at used Toyota Certified Venza's when one came up for sale at Toyota of Boardman. They are about an hour drive for me so it wasn't easy to just stop in. I spoke to Stephanie via email/text then drove out and met with Kevin. The car was in better than described shape. I thought I'd have to go back to pick up the car later, but they were able to complete the entire process (car sale, trade in, and financing) in two hours. Finance team also did a great job getting me a very competitive rate. Wouldn't hesitate to deal with this team again. More

From kindness to the keys Toyota of boardman is a great dealership! In o2009 we purchased a Toyota camerv great car super maint service, repaired our motor at no charge, with 1 Toyota of boardman is a great dealership! In o2009 we purchased a Toyota camerv great car super maint service, repaired our motor at no charge, with 128k on it plus a loaner car at no charge! Dave Shuntich the service mgr for Toyota awesome! Leads me to my story , wanted to but a 2017 Toyota Tundra limited crew cab, Jim Barth the salesmen was outstanding! Friendly and listens to deatail (What I wanted) Also I need to put a plug in for the gen mgr (Doug Peters,most dealerships the gen mgr hides behind the curtain (like the wizard of oz) lol, But he to couldn't have been more kinder to me! So if you are in the market for a Toyota, look no further, And yes it was Kindness to the keys) More
