Took 2015 Toyota Camry XLE Hybrid in for 110,000 mile oil change and tire rotation. Also requested to check alignment. I waited in the waiting area about 3 hours, but was pleased with their service. They changed the spark plugs and replaced some filters in addition to oil change, tire rotation. Also the alignment met standards. The mechanics performed a lot of work to keep my Toyota running smoothly. All my service has been performed by Toyota of BG, and I will continue to schedule service with them. More

I had a very bad experience at Toyota, a Bowling Green. I purchased a car on a Friday afternoon on Monday. I had found out the insurance I had was going to double after shopping around nothing was looking I purchased a car on a Friday afternoon on Monday. I had found out the insurance I had was going to double after shopping around nothing was looking any better I called the dealership they told me the car is mine. I bought it, they did not offer me any other options. I thought that was very rude and unprofessional not to offer me anything else. I had equity in my car a great amount. It’s not as if I walked in there empty-handed I would have been returning customer had they worked with me. I did ask the general manager. If there was someone else I could speak with. He told me he was it, which led me to believe he on the dealership. No surprise to me that is not true. I did call the dealership back and expressed my concerns. I was told someone would give me a call. I have not received any call to date. More

Courtney went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and to walk me and my husband through the process of leasing for the first time. We got started right before closing but she stayed, was more than patient in answering our questions and even made sure I contacted her in the following few days to stop in so she could take the time to show me all if the details in the vehicle!
