Great Experience! I was looking for a new car that had enough room for my grandchildren in the back seat. I drove by Toyota of Bristol and saw a RAV4 and liked the appearance. I stopped in today and Bill Tolbert greeted us. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had asked to talk to Andy Kristofek, but he was busy with another customer. Bill helped me find the vehicle that met my needs and with the help of Scottie Branson, we were able to find a financing plan that worked for all of us. Amber Epperson was very helpful in explaining the website and showing me how everything worked. We even got my phone hooked up! She answered all my questions. Aaron Hightower efficiently explained the financing and extended warranty plans. Andy came and talked with me when he finished with his other customer. He checked in several times to answer questions and make sure I was happy with my choice. Randy Rhea has a wonderful team working with him. More

Amber Epperson and Aaron Hightower were helpful with the review of vehicle systems and with financial paperwork respectively. My only real dissatisfaction with this dealership and the main reason they get 4 stars from me instead of 5 was that although I had ordered the vehicle and waited 8 months for them to get it. (Not entirely their fault it is a rare and limited production vehicle, but not my fault either) and I was paying them cash as I already had my financing arranged, they refused to reduce the price any below MSRP. The only concession to my patience with the situation was a $325.00 at retail set of all weather mats they through in after I mentioned that it was the least they could do. More
