I have had several members purchase vehicles from Brandon Sexton and when I decided to start looking for a different truck, I chose Mr. Sexton because of his superb reputation. He is courteous and respectful Sexton and when I decided to start looking for a different truck, I chose Mr. Sexton because of his superb reputation. He is courteous and respectful, not over-bearing like many of the sales reps I have dealt with in the past. Brandon goes the extra mile to please the customer and by doing so, has many repeat customers that in turn recommend him to their friends and family. He is honest and truly seems to care about pleasing the customer. He works hard to make a sale happen, but only if the customer and he can reach that point of negotiation that is pleasing to both. I will continue working with Brandon until we can reach the end result - a different vehicle for me. More

I was replacing a totaled vehicle. Being able to work with your staff on-line before hand was very helpful. I dealt with several staffmember, but Mr. Pichard is the only one who's name I can remember as with your staff on-line before hand was very helpful. I dealt with several staffmember, but Mr. Pichard is the only one who's name I can remember as I am friends with his family. The process has been incredibly frustrating dealing with my insurance company, and the bank I had the totaled car's loan with. However, dealing with you all has been the bright spot in this process. I have purchased many different vehicles during my lifetime and have dealt with deales invarious locations across the country. Until my time at Toyota of Bristol, I had never actually had what I woul lifetime and have dealt with deales invarious locations across the country. Until my time at Toyota of Bristol, I had never actually had what I would call a pleasurable experience. Everyone there was courteous and helpful and I did not leave feeling I had been taken.
