Our experience with Toyota of Bristol was a fantastic one! Having to buy a new vehicle before we were ready because our old one simply died was a bit traumatic for my husband. From the moment we walked into the dealership we were treated like we were the most important people there--almost like we were friends! Anthony Brewer was an enthusiastic salesperson but was in NO WAY overbearing. We actually made two trips to the dealership because we could not decide if we wanted a new vehicle or a used one. No matter what we were going to choose, Anthony was ready and willing to help in any way possible. He knew so much about the vehicles we wanted to look at and he gave us time and space to do just that. When we finally decided on a new truck, Randy Anderson made the financing part a breeze. He was so kind and explained everything clearly. Upon taking delivery of the truck, Jimmy Hughes explained all of the high-tech bells and whistles that came with the truck. He knew we didn't have a lot of time and he could also tell I was fairly fluent with electronics. He answered the few questions we had and showed us some neat tricks. We really appreciate the way we treated at Toyota of Bristol and are more than happy to recommend this dealership to all our friends. More

We had been looking for a truck for about 9 months. Either the truck did not meet our needs or the price was beyond our reach. We searched three states and looked at many trucks, domestic and foreign. I have been a Toyota owner for about 22 years, so the quality of Toyota kept bringing us back to Toyota. The Access cab was our preference, since it's just my wife and I. Toyota of Bristol was in my living area so I preferred the local dealerships, to outside the living area. When I looked for Acess cabs, it seemed that Bristol had a larger selection of them than any other dealership. I drove on the lot one day, Ron Walsh greeted me and asked the right questions to find out what I was looking for. He worked deligently to accomodate that need, even looking beyond to get a dealer trade, if necessary. He was very helpful and asked Mattis Maines to question us also, whom, in the conversation, told me many things that I did not know about the capability of the Tacoma. After a few days, we settled on the truck that we purchased. Randy Anderson negociated the price and made the deal with me, thru Ron. Andrew Lipto was very compitent in the process of filling out the paper work. Jimmy Hughes was the deliverer for the explanation of the accessories. He was GREAT, one of our home boys! Mandy Tweed explained all the bells and whistles, when we picked the truck up. She was very helpful on the electronics. My wife and I are not electronic savy. Brittany called to set up the 30 day inspection. She asked a few questions about the truck and our satisfaction with the purchase. We both highly recommend Toyota of Bristol who has helped us in the purchase of a vehicle that meets our needs. We definitely will tell others about you! More

Josh did an awesome job teaching me about the technology of the Prius on my test drive. His knowledge of the car made my decision to buy so much easier. Randy and Jimmy were also very helpful. Jimmy made sure I was comfortable with all the features of the Prius and even took the time to help me set up my phone. Randy had me in and out of financing in no time at all. Over the past week, I have had phone calls and emails checking in with me to make sure I am happy with my Prius and the sales experience. Toyota of Bristol is a great place to buy a car. Absolutely wonderful, courteous staff! Even though I purchased a Honda it was well taken care of and they knew everything about it and helped with my purchase. She definitely helped us make the right decisions on our accessories and my wife and I are very pleased. Andrew Lipto was the anchor leg of the visit and worked with us to get the best interest rate available. He definitely came through for us and we appreciate his efforts. Overall the whole staff was cordial and helpful and provided us a very pleasant experience. Oh, and the last effort they made to win our business was the thing that pushed us to trade. When we arrived we had no intention of trading, but with the deal they offered we couldn't walk away! Great job to a great staff! More
