Allan was very helpful in my car search. I went to other dealers in the area and they were all about trying to pressure me into buying the car they wanted to sell to me while Allan was about finding the per dealers in the area and they were all about trying to pressure me into buying the car they wanted to sell to me while Allan was about finding the perfect car for me and doing all that he could to get that car for me. This was my first car purchase and Allan was very patient with the paperwork that had to be completed with co-signing due to my family being far away from me. I couldn't have asked for a better car, experience, or sales person when it came to purchasing my car. I will highly reccomend to anyone trading or buying to go and check out what is offered for them at Toyota of Bristol. More

Matthias Maines (our sales person) was very professional and courteous and made our buying experience pleasant. We met Randy Rhea while waiting for our deal to go through and he gave our schnauzers dog treats while we were waiting - LOL. We then moved on to the finance department with Andy Lipto to finalize all of the paperwork. Then on to Mandy Tweed (the delivery guru), she was very knowledgable about the Highlander and helped us to feel confident that we made the right choice in dealership and vehicle. We were told countless times to call if we had any questions, they have taken care of every single question, detail and issue we've had with no questions. Everyone we came in contact with has made buying our new car a pleasure. Super nice people, great customer service! We will recommend Toyota of Bristol to anyone who asks. Oh, and don't forget that lifetime warranty - available only at Toyota of Bristol. More
