The calm before the storm! I woke up this am with a big problem. I discovered that my windshield wiper fluid was out and needed a refill. A winter storm was approaching and I I woke up this am with a big problem. I discovered that my windshield wiper fluid was out and needed a refill. A winter storm was approaching and I was not prepared. My wife works as a nurse anesthetist at a local hospital and needed me to drive her to work in the middle of the storm. Unfortunately, my hood release cable was not working and I couldn’t replace my wiper fluid. So I did what most men would do and tried to figure it out myself. When that didn’t work, I called Toyota of Bristol for help. They told me to bring the vehicle by and they would take a look. I had a great experience! Johnny Bowman took care of my hood release cable and even managed to find time to have my 45K service. I was in and out in less than an hour. It’s nice to know that I can count on my local Bristol Toyota. I’ve been a loyal customer for almost 20 years. Thanks Johnny B. You da man!!! More
