Evacuating from Hurricane Florence We had to evacuate from Myrtle Beach, SC ahead of Hurricane Florence and I noticed I needed to get a service done once we reached Bristol. I called fo We had to evacuate from Myrtle Beach, SC ahead of Hurricane Florence and I noticed I needed to get a service done once we reached Bristol. I called for an appointment the next day and we scheduled for 10:00am. I drove up to the service bay and was greeted within 30 seconds, I was told to pull in and they started my paperwork. Within two minutes I was all signed in and they started to service. Within 35 minutes they came and got me and said I was good to go. My local dealership usually takes an hour, so I was very impressed. The whole time we were there everyone was very friendly and helpful and I just wanted to say Thank You. As much stress as we have been under with the evacuation, it was nice not to have to worry about getting this service done. Thanks again! More

Both seem to lighten the mood and explain things even though my vehicle had only a thousand miles on it and needed repair. And then I cross over into the service department. Not sure of the guys name working on my ticket but he explains the situation agrees to give me a rental and order the parts needed. Ok everything was going great and guy quickly walks up and says this truck needs to be moved. I replied I was waiting on a rental and he says it still needs to be moved. He then jumps in my truck slams it in gear and gos flying out of the garage. I work very hard for my money and take very good care of my things so you could say this slightly pissed me off. When entering the building I ask him if he had rolled up the windows and locked my truck and he said he had. I also mentioned the fact of him jerking my truck around to be easy with it. He then replied with a rude comment that made me mad enough that I walked into the building to try and find someone to fire him. After a few minutes I calmed down walked back into service shook his hand and ask him just to take care of my vehicle. I hate that such a great business with so many good people can be ruined by someone with no class. Not sure at this time what to do about my future purchase's or service. More
ALERT ALERT ALERT DANGER DANGER DANGER Purchased a used vehicle and the check engine light came on in less than 24 hours dealer notified and had appointment to check and the light went out Purchased a used vehicle and the check engine light came on in less than 24 hours dealer notified and had appointment to check and the light went out before arrival and the service person said it could not be checked without the light being on this continued for a month took vehicle in finally with the light on and they said over 200.00 to repair I asked for them to repair the answer was NO! then I ask if I bought the part would they do the labor for free and the service manager said sorry nothing he could do and sales manager said you bought the xxxx thing as is stop being an a@#*()e and leave. More
