Service The service was great! We have used the service department several times and they are quick, courteous and just plain wonderful! I needed a license pl The service was great! We have used the service department several times and they are quick, courteous and just plain wonderful! I needed a license plate holder once and they took my car to the back, put new screws on my plate and the license plate holder-all for FREE! They always return my car clean. We bought at 2014 Prius there 2 years ago, and again, even the sales department was great! Glad to have this dealership in the neighborhood! They also have a great waiting area for their service department, TV, newspaper, coffee shop-what more can you ask for!? More

Excellent support and thanks to James Mayo for his help Took my car in for service and James Mayo was excellent to work with when I was there. He took care of me an I really appreciate it. I would have rated my experience as 5 stars but when I drove it home and parked it in the garage, I noticed some oil on the floor from the oil change. I check underneath and it had some oil spill by the bottom of the oil pan. I wiped it off and I did not have any more issues. But in the future, I would tell the service person to just wipe off the excess oil. Thanks. More
