Jeremy was extremely helpful and Got me in to check the problem. As it turns out, Jeremy was aware of a problem with some of the batteries in Avalons and replaced the defective battery. He went out of his way to make sure everything happened quickly and was very professional. More

Mr. James Mayo was just another great example of the excellent service reps that attend to the customer's needs there. I recently brought my Camry in for scheduled maintenance as well as some issues I was having with my locks. He checked me in quickly and the maintenance team was taking care of my car. He kept me up to date as the service was being performed. When my car was almost finished with the scheduled service, I remembered that I needed to have an additional service performed on my car. I informed James and without missing a beat he and the maintenance staff took care of it. More
