Due to traffic, we could not make it at the appointment time but the service d We made an appointment for this service at the time convenient for us. Due to traffic, we could not make it at the appointment time but the service department was ready to accept our delay. We were taken care of immediately when we did arrive. All the personnel were gracious to us, took a reasonable amount of time to perform the service, gave us a nice waiting area to sit in while the service was performed and had the car returned to us in a condition for us to leave the next morning on a several thousand mile trip.
