Great Service I took my car in for service 12/29/15. I was meet by James Mayo with a very warm welcome. The car needed some repairs in addition to the oil change. Caused airbag light to go on and won't fix it for free. I brought my Toyota Avalon in to Toyota of Clermont to take care of a airbag safety recall. The airbag light wasn't on. Less than 15 miles of driving I brought my Toyota Avalon in to Toyota of Clermont to take care of a airbag safety recall. The airbag light wasn't on. Less than 15 miles of driving after I left their service department the airbag light went on. I drove my car over 50,000 miles before they touched it and the airbag light was never on. They will not take care of the airbag light for free. In fact, they told me it's going to be very expensive to fix. They claim it's just a coincidence. Come on. Do the sensible and right thing. More
My First Service Appointment I bought my car on July 4 weekend. It was such a pleasant experience. Then it was time for its first service. Yes, here we are almost 6 months la I bought my car on July 4 weekend. It was such a pleasant experience. Then it was time for its first service. Yes, here we are almost 6 months later with only 3400 miles on it. I called and made the appointment -- they actually had an opening for the same day. When I pulled in, Bryan Hadley was waiting for me. He asked if I had an questions, checked to see if I wanted a car wash (I did) and told me exactly what services would be performed. He then told me it would be about 45 minutes. I had brought my laptop and settled in at the impeccably clean waiting area to get some work done. After about 25 minutes, Bryan came up and told me the service was completed. I had a question about one of the car functions and Bryan patiently explained to me how to work it correctly. I had bought my car here because I value the Toyota brand and I will keep coming back because of the service at purchase and then again at maintenance. More

I made an appointment on line, and was served by Scott Jackson when I arrived. I dropped off the car at 11:30 am and went off to lunch. By the time I returned a couple of hours later, the car was completed, including a complimentary car wash. They certainly lived up to their promises, and I would recommend them highly to anyone. More
