We made our appointment via telephone with JAYLA who perfectly handled the phone call/reservation and is someone who you would like to be the "tip of the spear" at your dealership. He greeted me as soon as I got there and explained what they were going to do and updated me on their progress. I was there for a while so I was grateful for the large, comfortable waiting area/showroom. I was very pleased with the resolution and the service provided and will return in the future. More

Broken handle all fixed!! My first visit to Clermont Toyota! I stopped by on Friday afternoon because the driver's door inside door handle was broken(old Toyota!!) Bryan Hadl My first visit to Clermont Toyota! I stopped by on Friday afternoon because the driver's door inside door handle was broken(old Toyota!!) Bryan Hadley greeted me(as I sat in my car)....and said he had an opening on the schedule tomorrow morning(Saturday!) I arrived at the scheduled time..... the guys got right to work on the handle, and in the time Bryan had originally told me, the new door handle was all installed and I was now able to use my door! With no additional charge, they also looked over my engine and fluids and Bryan gave me suggestions on what would be good to have fixed. (and other things that needed attention, but could wait) And they washed the car for FREE ! So, a very positive experience. And I will be scheduling the more urgent repair that Bryan recommended I do now. More
