Oil change Mid-Way to reset counter My car oil change for 10,000 miles reached mid point so the mile counter needed to be reset; in addition to that, I have been hearing a low noise duri My car oil change for 10,000 miles reached mid point so the mile counter needed to be reset; in addition to that, I have been hearing a low noise during execution of right or left turns. Of course, I conveyed that concern during my visit to Victor Figueroa who in a high professional manner assured me the car would be checked by professional service personnel and my concern would be investigated. He also stated that the service might take some time due to high volume of clients waiting for their respective vehicles to be served. I told him I was willing and able to wait. Victor put me at ease inside the facility and emphasized that they will get me out of there as soon as possible. To my surprise, I was out of there way sooner that I expected; the car was washed and the investigation of my concern turn out negative. Thanks a million. More

The oil change, tire rotate, and wash took just under an hour, which I really appreciate. Their waiting lobby is clean and well furnished with large flatscreen for the latest news and weather. Coffee if free too! They honored the coupon I had from them and I couldn't have gone to a quick lube for less. More
