Great explanation of what my car needed i had a great experience! I've dealt with other employees in the past and they like they knew what they were talking about but when I got there they a i had a great experience! I've dealt with other employees in the past and they like they knew what they were talking about but when I got there they apparently didn't. I had the pleasure of having Victor and he was great accurate looked up information for any questions I had if he wasn't sure. Ever since then he is the only person I ask for and deal with. I think I would've gone elsewhere if it weren't for him. Maybe he should train others to be more like him. More

Great Service Department In the past I have tried to deal with Toyota of Orlando which has a great service department but the sales department is the worst I have even encount In the past I have tried to deal with Toyota of Orlando which has a great service department but the sales department is the worst I have even encountered, so far in Clermont I have dealt with several service people and they have all been great including my last encounter with James Mayo who went out of his way to make sure I get the best and fairest deal in servicing. I got several estimates from local service shops and was surprised to find that Toyota was in the middle price was and well worth the price I paid. I had confidence in their work and they did it in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again and in the future I will check out the sales dept and hope they are better than the Orlando Toyota that I wasted time with. It was a good lesson for my son who was with me. More

Well done! We went in for an oil change and a tire rotation on our 2000 Avalon. It was an inexpensive visit: coupon for the oil change, tire rotation inclu We went in for an oil change and a tire rotation on our 2000 Avalon. It was an inexpensive visit: coupon for the oil change, tire rotation included with previous purchase of tires, and a free car wash at the end! We were greeted by at least three different, friendly people after arrival, and Christopher Wetteland did a fine job as our Service Advisor. Everything was completed in one (1) hour. This dealership is bright and airy with a super waiting area. We appreciate the coupons sent by mail and email which brought this visit in for $13.22. We have our more expensive moments, of course, spending around $1,500 in the last year for ignition, starting, battery, and tire issues for our 2000 Avalon, but coupons have always eased the burden a bit. The dealership is close to our home in Winter Garden which is fantastic. The lady who made the appointment by phone, and the lady who acted as cashier were very nice. Perhaps this was the same person (Melissa I believe). Thank you! More
