I had great experiences when I first went to the dealership 5 years ago for my maintenance checks. The last 3 times I went were horrible and I was intending not to return and go elsewhere. But timing lead me back because there were multiple appointments available next day so I went ahead and scheduled to get my maintenance check out of the way. I was pleasantly surprised.
