I recently purchased a vehicle from Madera Toyota and I - LunaLover

I recently purchased a vehicle from Madera Toyota and I can’t say enough about the incredible service I received. My salesperson, Alex Alvarez (and Liz) went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect car. They were patient, knowledgeable, and truly listened to my needs, helping me explore all my options without any pressure. What stood out the most was the dedication to making the process as smooth as possible. Alex stayed late to ensure I had all the information I needed, helped me secure the best financing, and even followed up after the purchase to make sure I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend Madera Toyota and their entire team (managers, fiscal, owner) to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable car-buying experience. Exceptional service like this is hard to find!

Juan was the sales person assisting me, and he wasn’t - bmoores128

Juan was the sales person assisting me, and he wasn’t professional, and wasn’t serious in wanting to make a fair deal, and rather wasted my time entirely. Better off going to other dealerships.
