I had an appointment at 8:30 am. The checkin was prompt and courteous. I told Carlos that I had a 1pm appointment and he said my service should take 2 hours, so I chose to wait with my book. When 2 and half hours had passed I went to Carlos desk and he checked on the progress and said another half hour was needed. I asked if there was some problem with the car and he said no. The car was released to me about 12:30pm with no explanation for the 2 hour difference in the estimated time needed for the Autumn Service check list. There were no problems and all items were in the green zone. Carlos apologized for the delay and the checkout was prompt and courteous. I will return to the dealer because I think they do good work, however I will probably not wait for the service. More
