My appointment was at 3 and I arrived at 2:55. By the time someone came to help me, it was 3:20. It was really upsetting because my sister was threatening to leave me. I have to say I’ve had bad experiences with other dealerships, but Toyota of Clovis employees are spot on and I say employees because that’s what makes good business. I’ve have purchased 3 vehicles a dealerships, but Toyota of Clovis employees are spot on and I say employees because that’s what makes good business. I’ve have purchased 3 vehicles at this location and had them serviced here also over the years. I just had my 2015 Toyota Sienna serviced yesterday 10/15/21. When I picked it up the service guy took the time to explain what was done and the condition of my vehicle with future recommendations.
