It's not a comfortable place at all. The lounge is very outdated and gross with ripped seats no windows and just an overall gross feeling. Went outside to wait and there's not adequate seating. It's like a giant cluster. I think I'm going to go to Toyota Deerfield for my next Oil Change. That's like state-of-the-art nice place. This dealership needs a serious update. That being said my service advisor Diana was very nice! And I'm sure the work was fine. I'm wondering do car dealerships wash your car anymore when they're done? That must be a thing of the past. It's a shame. That was a very nice perk. More
