Kind and patient I always get my oil changed here, and love the service department, but was thinking about trading my vehicle in for something smaller. I hadn't talked to anyone yet and didn't even know my current vehicles worth or if I was honestly even interested in trading my vehicle in. Brandon sat down with me and went over every thing and showed me different vehicles in my price range and took his time to explain and go over everything I wanted to go over. I am extremely undeceive and hate feeling pressured. I also can be hard to work with at times and also had my daughter with me who he got a coloring book for and was very patient while i cared for her as well. He never made me feel like I was wasting his time for asking so many questions and not making a decision that very second.
