I was unable to make to to the dealership by closing time and James stayed over half an hour late to ensure I would be able to pick up my car that evening. Warranty galore So I went in there looking to buy a truck and trade in my car. I knew my car was worth what I still owed on it, chapel hills had already appraised it So I went in there looking to buy a truck and trade in my car. I knew my car was worth what I still owed on it, chapel hills had already appraised it the day before. I hassled all day until finally I got them to pay it off(more to follow). I ended up spending a whole 8 hours at the dealership until I got what I thought was a good deal. Our salesman Robert was quite friendly, not too pushy. I finally got the price I wanted for my trade in and a price I felt good about on my new tundra, once again 8 hours later! I bought my car on a Saturday so by the time the deal was done the credit union was already closed and I had to comeback to sign the papers on Monday. I was a little confused, but it was late I was starving and I just wanted to leave at this point. I got a call again to come in on Wednesday to sign the paperwork and some good news, they had worked out a deal to keep my payment the same and added all sorts of warranties to my contract. At first I was like ok, sounds good. Came in on Wednesday during my lunch, David had all the papers written up and explained how they had given up their kick back from the bank to get me the warranties, I was like what!? Ok... Signed the paperwork, it all looked good and as soon as I started asking questions if I was paying for these warranties he would change the subject or tell me how great the warranties were, I had nothing to worry about and even better it was not like I was paying for them since my payment was the same. I was like ok... Sure! Two weeks later I got a scratch/dent on my truck, no problem I got a warranty! Went to the larry h miller collision center, surprise! It's not covered! Wait a second David promised I was covered from top to bottom, windshield, tires, wheels, scratches, dents, dings, interior, carpet, 5yr/60,000 bumper to bumper, oil changes, the whole works! It was all in the details, I started reading all the details, pulled out my contracts, this whole thing was a scam! Not only was I paying for all the warranties but there was more loop holes and limitations, and there was deductibles all over the place. Not what David had told me! I know part of it was my fault I should have asked more questions and read what I was signing, but these people know what they are doing. They work the warranties into the deal and don't tell you they add it to your principal/payment from the start. I should have probably gotten pre-approved before walking in there. Long story short went back asked to cancel all these warranties which I was paying for! They weren't happy, so I let them know I still had not done the Toyota survey which they all seem to be really worried about, got like 3 calls asking me to give them 10/10. So I added it all up, it's gonna take about $4100 off the principal and although my payment will stay the same it will cut at least 6 months off my term. I dunno if I would go back and buy from this place again. If I ever buy another car though I will make sure to get a pre approval before going in there. Larry h miller these are horrible business practices! I am submitting a complaint to the BBB and Fort Carson consumer affairs. Oh yeah almost forgot! The day I went in to cancel my warranties they had just sold my trade in for 2500 more then what they had paid me for it. After they sat there and said there was no way they were gonna make anything on it. Should of kept it, I miss my 30mpg. Stay away, make the drive to Denver or Pueblo. More

When: - March 2014 - Follow up May 2014 - Follow up Aug 2014 - Follow up 30 Sep 2014 - Follow up 4 Oct 2014 Each time I followed up, the service department new nothing of the issue or previous order. Additional information: When I brought the car in for service in March, the tech stated that they would have to order the part and call me. Each time I follow up I get the same response. On 30 Sep a service representative called and told me the part was in and that I would need to bring my vehicle in for the repair (she stated that I would need to leave my vehicle for 2 days). Today ( 4 Oct) I called to make an appointment to drop off the vehicle. No one at the dealership new of this service or problem. I was then refereed to Tim who stated they have a part and would paint it and give me a call when it was ready. Very dissatisfied customer!!!! Note: Tim was very professional and I have confidence that he will rectify this issue. More

These guys offered me almost double what another toyota dealership (not naming any names) offered me for my trade and were upfront with all my questions. I've seen a lot of reviews saying bad things about dealerships, but remember, you get a written copy of any and everything they do for you. If you have a question stop what your doing and ask. That's what I did with this team and even after my purchase I still go back with questions and they are still more than happy to help out! More
