Not a good buying experience!! I was deciding between RAV4 and a couple of other similar small SUVs. Finally decided on RAV 4. The 1st time I was in, the sales mgr wouldn't tell me I was deciding between RAV4 and a couple of other similar small SUVs. Finally decided on RAV 4. The 1st time I was in, the sales mgr wouldn't tell me what they'd give me for my trade-in until I decided for sure on the RAV 4. He recommended I go to NADA.com to get a range of trade in values. I thought that odd, but OK. So I did. Then when I decided and went back to finalize the deal, they wouldn't give me even the minimum of the range - $2500 less than minimum of the range was the offer. Nothing off the MSRP either. They intended to make profit on both the new car sale, the same as they would if I weren't trading anything, which I understand as they are in business to make a profit. But the excessive desire to make a huge profit on my trade in, AFTER they sent me to see the range online was over the top. They wouldn't budge and neither would I. I do financial analysis for a living and quickly calculated what they were doing. I guess they have all the customers they need. I have too many other options to deal with that kind of attitude. All that said, the actual salesman was great and worked hard to get me the vehicle equipped as I wanted. More

Noe the sales rep was great to work with and even went above and beyond to try to make a bad situation right but overall the dealership dropped the ball. Recently my family purchase three cars from Larry H. Miller dealerships over the last three months and each of the first two purchases were a great experience. The last however was different when I went to pick up the vehicle after I got off work the car was not detail on the inside or out but I was told I could bring it back at any time to have it detailed. Had I known that the car was in the condition it was in i would have left it there for them to do it over the weekend and/or would have not bought the car at all. The inside had all kinds of stuff from the previous owner in it including pills that were left in the back set that my little girl found in the door handle. The outside had a big scratch on the backside passenger door that dealership said they would fix and after a failed attempt to fix it told me nothing could be done until I talked to the GM. Last but not least they put the wrong date on the temp tag so after almost two hours of sitting in the DMV to be told thatI can not purchase tags because the title has not been ccompleted and have to go to the deal ship one more time to get another temp tag. I understand people make mistakes but this is ridiculous. More

They were quick to respond to my inquiries, matched a price I had negotiated with another dealer, and even went outside their inventory to get me the color I wanted. Very pleased with the friendliness of the staff. Overall, a pleasant experience! More
Avoid this dealership at all costs I purchased a 2014 Toyota Tacoma from Larry H Miller in Colorado Springs on July 17th, 2014. It has been exactly six days since the purchase and right I purchased a 2014 Toyota Tacoma from Larry H Miller in Colorado Springs on July 17th, 2014. It has been exactly six days since the purchase and right now I am regretting it. So far the vehicle is fine. But the amount of half-truths and employee incompetence and ignorance is astonishing. I purchased the car from Andy Murdock, and as it turns out I was his very first sell. Andy seemed to be the only one who actually cares about my experience with the dealership and wants me to be happy with the purchase. David Peasner, the finance guy, told the first out right lie to me. I made the mistake of thinking I was financing through Toyota credit. I learned during the signing that was not the case. He advised me I was being financed through ENT, at a rate of 3.46%. I told him I previous issues with ENT and he stated that was the best deal out there. I now know that it was the best deal for his pocket book, as two days later I refinanced the loan with another bank at a rate of 2.7%. I only hope that since ENT wont be getting any of my money, Mr. Peasner won’t be paid his kick back from ENT. The Tacoma’s standard warranty is 3 years, 36,000 miles bumper to bumper. Which include 2 years of synthetic oil changes and tire rotations. Mr. Peasner successfully conned me into purchasing the 7 year, 100,000 mile upgrade with an additional two years of oil changes and tire rotations. I asked Mr. Peasner if this was an after market warranty or a Toyota warranty. He stated to me is was a Larry H Miller warranty and it is identical to the Toyota warranty. I advised Mr. Peasner that I travel significantly to Kansas and am even contemplating a move there and would this warranty and oil change package be good at any Toyota dealership nationwide. He said it would and I asked then why it was a Larry H Miller warranty and not a Toyota warranty, and his reply was it was just the way things had to be done. But assured me it wouldn’t be an issue. I have enough cause for concern about this because he lied to me about the financing, but when I was in the service bay this morning I noticed that the two years wasn’t quite two years. Its two years or 25,000 miles whichever comes first. So while he might not have lied to me directly, he also didn’t provide the whole truth. It just makes me wonder, what happens in five years and I am living in Kansas and something breaks? It leaves me with ZERO faith that I will be covered. The more I look at all the paperwork the more I am convinced Mr. Peasner is a true con artist. The sales people advised me they would roll the windshield diamond fusion protection plan into the GAP program and only charge me $300.00 for the GAP insurance totaling $1000.00. The paperwork says the GAP insurance is costing me $695.00 plus interest. When he masterfully conned me into buying the additional warranty he told me is was only an additional $2,100.00 or an extra $29.00 dollars a month. As it turns out is actually cost me $3,490.00 for the additional protection, plus interest. There are a couple of other warranty prices listed that I was told was part of the standard package and not additional cost. I am also still unconvinced about the Diamon Fusion plan that I bought. I might feel better about it had I not been lied to out right, or told half of the truth about most everything else. But, I am sure it is just all part of the scam. But my issues don’t stop there. I was lead to believe that the radio system, in addition to the Bluetooth contacts, phone, and music, also supported the messaging service. It took me four phone calls to Andy the sales guy, and two trips to the dealership to figure out that the radio system wont support messaging with the iPhone. During the first trip to the dealership Kevin, the service guy, said he wasn’t familiar with the problem as it is new technology and he didn’t know much about it. I believe he was the assistant manager. I guess managers are not required to keep up. Then he said what I think is possibly the stupidest thing I’ve heard all year. He actually suggested I leave the car and the phone with the dealership for up to a few hours so they could look at it. Who would ever leave his or her phone with someone else for several hours? Today Chris Moss, who was rather polite about the topic, was the one who explained to me that iPhones are not compatible with Toyota vehicles. I still think that is wrong, and that they are covering up for something that I was told by sales that was incorrect. Its either part of the scam, or the people who work at the dealership truly don’t have a clue about the products they sell. So there you have it. Regards, One truly dissatisfied now former customer. Prompt, super courtesous service by Linsey and Chris! WOW! Your service quality has certainly gone up since my first experience, which was totally bad. I only came back when Mr. Reed I was told had rev WOW! Your service quality has certainly gone up since my first experience, which was totally bad. I only came back when Mr. Reed I was told had revamped the whole department and was very pleasantly surprised. I was very surprise on my third trip that after so many long years he was no longer there, but had equally topnotch service by Ray. This time I was shocked when I found out Ray had left now too! What's going on there? HOWEVER, Chris and Linsey more than made up for the vets being gone. Their enthusiasm and professionalism was topnotch. PLEASE do whatever you have to to hold on to them!!! I don't like dealing with different people every time I go back. Your north store I've gone to since arriving in COS and have always had outstanding service and seen the same guys the whole time! Only reason I switched was this was closer to home and I didn't have to take a tour of COS via shuttle there and back to your north location. Only wish you had an onsite car wash down south. The free wash coupon at another location was nice, but that means an extra trip. I liked have a clean car presented to me up north, every time I picked it up. More

He was extremely frien Five star rating all around! TC Moran went above and beyond to facilitate the process of purchasing my new Toyota Camry Hybrid. He was extremely friendly, answered all of my questions, definitely showed knowledge about the vehicle itself and did not try to sell me anything more than I was seeking! TC was incredibly responsive and helpful in discussing the purchase of the vehicle. He worked with me to reserve the vehicle in Phoenix and helped to coordinate the logistics and necessary paperwork for me to pick up the vehicle. TC relieved any of my concerns regarding this purchase with constant communication including multiple emails, text messages and phone calls! He gave me complete confidence that everything would be ready, and TC did not disappoint. It was a pleasure to work with TC during the purchasing process!!! I highly recommend him and purchasing from Larry Miller Toyota Colorado Springs! More
Worst Purchasing Experience Ever Bottom line up front: Non- existent customer service...misrepresentation real or perceived being the first thought that comes to mind...rude associat Bottom line up front: Non- existent customer service...misrepresentation real or perceived being the first thought that comes to mind...rude associates and managers...100% fixed focus on profit...most negative buying experience I have ever encountered. No one single positive I can think of....details below. Purchased a used vehicle on 19 May . I initially found the vehicle through a third party website and contacted a Larry Miller Sales Representative on Saturday 17 May. Drove the vehicle and negotiated on price. Here is where everything completely fell apart. The vehicle was a recent trade; therefore it had not been through the safety/mechanical inspection or detailing. When asked to complete a contract for purchase that day ( Saturday) I expressed concerns that the vehicle would not be detailed and given the same level of mechanical and cosmetic detail attention to detail as a vehicle that was being prepped for the resale lot. Specifically the concern was that it would be considered sold already and therefore shortcuts would be taken. The used car sales manager personally assured me (face to face) the vehicle would be brought to Larry H Millers' standards regardless of the fact it was already essentially sold. Ethical standards dictate no shortcuts. Monday 19 May I went back to the dealership to pick up the vehicle and pay in cash (payment in cash was the agreed upon terms I expressed numerous times). First negative impression was being asked to complete the financial transaction prior to even seeing the vehicle. Opted to see it first. The vehicle was cleaned....possibly the the standard you could get from any detailing shop for a relatively inexpensive fee for interior/exterior/under the hood detailing. That is the extent of it. No effort had been made to do any mechanical improvements. Parking brake goes almost to the floor....brakes are still mushy even though that was brought to their attention at the completion of the test drive. The entire time period spent in the dealership was fixed focus on one and only one topic. They had three people count the money and not one single question concerning customer satisfaction was ever asked. The dealership is purely profit driven with zero customer service care or concern. Facts: 1. Sales representative walked off many times on both days with no estimated time of return leaving me sitting...nothing...just walked off and eventually came back. 2 Used car sales manager misrepresented the service checks and level of mechanical repairs that would be performed. I would and should say he outright lied to my face but that is a subjective opinion even though I have the service checklist to prove it. 3. When the dealership was unable to get change for a $100 bill they brought in the "third party" to seal the deal and make sure they got an alternate form of payment for the last $25 owed. I gave you money, you gave me money that money back then asked for it in a different form and you send in someone else to get the money I gave you in the first place then asked for again and you still haven't asked if I was satisfied? 4. When the "third party" showed up the salesman walked off and I never saw him again. No good luck with your purchase, no thank you for choosing to do business with us. Nothing.....just disappeared. The entire experience was absolutely appalling and borderline condescending...definitely rude. SYNOPSIS: After having bought 16 vehicles in 30 plus years (some new, some old, some projects in need of repair) this was by far the single worst buying experience I have ever encountered. Customer sales and financing associates were rude and dismissive. Perception is that they care about nothing other than collecting cash and treating customers with almost indignant attitudes (more we owe them for taking time out to sell us a car than any appreciation for having chosen to do business with them). It is not possible I would ever make a purchase here again, have a car repaired here or recommend anyone to even visit this dealership. The vehicle I purchased will be checked thoroughly because every person I came in contact with at Larry H Miller left me with no faith in the safety of a vehicle they just sold. For the record it takes a considerable negative experience for me to take time to post a comment. This one was a non-stop continuous bombardment from every person I came in contact with ( other than the young lady at the reception desk) Please search, you will find nothing else ever posted regarding negative experiences with businesses but this time it was "that bad". Be warned. Chances are Larry H Miller Toyota will adhere to Colorado law but do not expect one single solitary extra step above what it absolutely required by law. Truly horrible experience.....if just one person heeds this advice the time typing it was worth the effort. More
