IF YOU ARE MILITARY I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Last year I purchased a used 2010 Camry from Larry H. Miller Toyota and within two hours of driving the car off the lot I bega FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Last year I purchased a used 2010 Camry from Larry H. Miller Toyota and within two hours of driving the car off the lot I began experiencing engine issues with the new car. I asked a mechanic friend of mine to inspect the car and he informed me that he believed there was a mechanical issue with the engine. That same evening I took the car back to Larry H. Miller Toyota to inform the salesmen who sold me the car; Mark of the issues I was experiencing. He immediately denied anything being wrong with the car and when I asked to speak to the Sales Manager; TC Moran he became very defensive but reluctantly let Mr. Moran know I wanted to speak to him. When speaking to the sales manager I informed him of my concern that having just bought the car earlier that day I was already experiencing mechanical issues and asked if I could return the car in exchange for buying a new 2013 Corolla from the dealership. He told me that I could not return the car but I could trade it in for $18,000, which was $3,500 less than I paid for it several hours earlier. Surprised to hear his poor offer, I calmly inquired as to why he was suddenly unwilling to work with me on this issue and it was at this point that Mr. Moran and the salesman became very rude and defensive in nature informing me they were not legally bound to offer me anything for the car I just bought from them, with Mr. Moran stating that I had no legal recourse against the dealership despite me never bringing up any legality up to that point. With the issue unresolved and the General Manager not available for me to talk to I left the dealership. Due to the poor experience I had in dealing with the sales staff I will never return to Larry H. Miller Toyota, if your looking for a Toyota I recommend going to another dealership. More

I have been using this dealership for years to service my vehicle and never really thought much about leaving a review or giving any accolades for the typical dealership visit until today. I've never had anything to complain about but today I was greeted on the drive by a pleasant young woman named Kassie. She welcomed me to the store and explained how they were trying to improve on their customer service. I was in for an appointment and she immediately introduced me to a service assistant who was new. He immediately walked around my vehicle, explained a few specials they were running and before I could blink an eye, I was getting a tour of the dealership. I didn't have to wait longer than 30-45 mins and my entire lube was complete and I was down the road. I was impressed with the efforts being made to make a customer feel like they care. It was sincere and very professional. I was impressed enough to give my first review of a dealership ever. Thank you! More
From start to finish, my experience was excellent. I initially received am email from Liz and a few phone messages. Gloria then called me for a test drive and I went in. I did not work with her that day, but I had the pleasure of working with Robert. We talked about the vehicles, the pros and cons for each, and my needs and wants. From there we looked at the vehicles and took two test drives. I was sold on the tundra! So, it was time to run numbers...Robert sat down with my father and I and we talked the numbers. After approximately an hour of negotiation, we were at a sufficient price. But I wanted to think about the purchase, research financing & insurance, and my possible trade. So, I went home to mull things over. I then set up an appointment with Gloria for 1030 the next day. Gloria was ready for us and we sat down and got to work. My trade was evaluated, but came in way too low. It was now time for the major negotiation...after a few conversations, Gloria, TC, and I came to and agreement where I received 56% of what I wanted for my trade. We shook on it and started the official paperwork. I was definitely satisfied and was looking forward to driving my vehicle away. My only gripe is the amount of time it took to get my detailing completed and getting in to see the finance officer. Overall great experience with great people. More
I first met the staff at Larry H. Miller Toyota Colorado Springs in motor city at their military appreciation BBQ. I was amazed that they were advertising and hosting an event that encouraged military personnel and first responders to come down to the dealership for a BBQ and they were handing out $50 dinner cards for FREE! Seriously. They didn't even ask me to buy a car. They did however, ask me what vehicle I was driving and when I answered another make and model, they offered to service the vehicle and give me a set of new wipers. It was totally uncharacteristic of a dealership. I started referring everyone I knew to this dealership. I took my vehicle again in for service and that's when I decided to look at my first Toyota. I am pleased to say that I purchased a new Rav4 yesterday and found the entire experience to be the best car purchase ever. Thank you to all the staff at Larry H. Miller Toyota Colorado Springs. You guys are truly what other car dealerships should model themselves after. I love my new Rav4 and will always refer everyone to your store! A+ More
I had some issues with a mistake that was made with my paperwork. I had to return to dealership to correct the err but I was pleasantly surprised that the dealership had made a mistake in my favor and ask paperwork. They refunded the difference and then the General Manager, Jay Frank, actually apologized for the error. They filled my vehicle with gas again for my troubles and made me feel as if they take pride in their treatment of customers. I will definitely recommend this dealership to others and sincerely feel as if they are a class act. More
