I was looking for a very specific vehicle color and trim package and contacted many Toyota dealerships within a few hundred mile radius. Due to the chip shortage, the inventory did not have what I was looki package and contacted many Toyota dealerships within a few hundred mile radius. Due to the chip shortage, the inventory did not have what I was looking for anywhere. Jeff remained diligent in searching through future vehicle allocations not only for his dealership, but with other Toyota dealers as well to help find me my vehicle. It took a few months but we remained in constant contact, while internet sales managers at other dealerships did not. In the end I got the vehicle I was looking for and drove nearly 2 hours to pick it up where Jeff had it ready to go. He clearly sought to understand my needs and provided excellent customer service.
