I have taken my vehicles in for about the past 3 years there always seems to be an issue after I have services done. This time I took my truck in they left an oil container (used to catch the oil from the there always seems to be an issue after I have services done. This time I took my truck in they left an oil container (used to catch the oil from the oil filter) it was left in there and oil was sprayed all over the engine compartment and as a result in my driveway. When I called the individual he said accidents happen and had a certain tone. Not a great way to interact with customers.
