We had the best car-buying experience ever yesterday! Christine was perfect! She helped me get the exact car I wanted in the shortest time possible. She was pleasant to deal with, kept things straight to the point and easy to understand, answered all my questions thoroughly, and didn't try to sell me things I didn't want or need. She got me a great deal on my trade-in, too. Then when we went to see Jim the finance guy, I found him just as easy to deal with. He had all the papers ready for me to sign and went through then one by one, explaining what I was signing. He asked at one point if we wanted an extra service package, but he moved right on without trying to pressure us when we said no. While we did that, Christine took my car to the gas station and had it filled and ready for us to drive home. I got to the dealership nervous and sad about getting rid of my car, and I left relieved and happy with my awesome new car purchase. Thank you, Christine, Jim, and everyone else at Larry H.
