I purchased a new Tacoma from Eric Rickerl at Toyota of Colorado Springs during this crazy time to buy cars. Every other dealership I talked to made up excuses to upcharge, such as for “special colors”, sp Colorado Springs during this crazy time to buy cars. Every other dealership I talked to made up excuses to upcharge, such as for “special colors”, special delivery charges or even just “because of supply and demand.” Working with Eric was a breath of fresh air. He made the process easy and fun - the way car buying should be. He took care of everything and kept me in the loop while he tried to find a car that matched my specs. The rest of the staff at Toyota of Colorado Springs was also friendly and went above and beyond to get me answers to every possible question I could come up with - and there were a lot! These folks have a new customer for life and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new car. More
