The worst car buying experience I have ever endured. Obviously buying a car is a headache in itself, but this store made it worse. We received the wrong vehicle the first time, but they fixed the issue Obviously buying a car is a headache in itself, but this store made it worse. But then trying to make appointments with the service department to get the extras you paid for, is the absolute worse. When you pay for an almost $50,000.00 dollar vehicle you just expect excellent service. Sales manager was supposed to call twice now, and still has not gotten back to us with an appointment. A finance employee was supposed to call us back regarding our trade-in vehicle, a voicemail was left, and no return call. Save yourself the extra headache and patience, and go somewhere else. The only good thing I will say about this store is Robert, so if you HAVE to go here, only work with him. More
