I inquired with JB about a car online. He initially told me it was doable with a $5k deposit for out of state sales. Then when I called him later, he stated it was first come first serve. After arriving at the dealership, I did not receive any documents I asked for, they didn’t notify me that the car was not going to be under their used car certification due to Covid-19 (BS). Upon arriving at the dealership, I had to ask repeatedly for the cars documents that I requested in advance, he then told me it was ready to go, and was detailed and had a full tank of gas. When I went to test drive, the car was not cleaned at all inside, and had trash in the center console, no full tank of gas, and a tire pressure sensor light on. After I bought the car and drove off, come to find I had a nail in my tire that caused the low tire pressure light. JB didn’t even look at the car prior to my arrival, nor did he take the time to do any preliminary work getting paperwork ready, and passed me off to another sales person who was entry level. She had no idea what was going on or what I previously asked for. I feel like if you purchase a car from a Toyota Dealer, you should expect a level of professionalism. JB and the other sales persons were sub-par at best. I’ve had better experiences at many other dealerships. Buyer beware- call them out on their lack of attention to detail and professionalism. Not worth your time! I would recommend any other Toyota Dealer in Denver or Montrose over these people!!!! It’s not your time and energy to deal with these people! More

Christine is defensive and has a poor attitude I was inquiring about a Toyota Highlander. We were negotiating the price. I questioned Christine on several things that I knew were incorrect. She sent me a text saying “I have no reason to lie” I responded to her that I wasn’t being smug, but she had a lot of reason to lie. She became extremely defensive and started blowing up my phone with texts basically accusing me of calling her a liar and that I was talking down to a salesperson. I in fact was not talking down to her. I asked her if I could speak with somebody a little less sensitive. She responded by telling me she sold 30 cars last month and her manager said they were passing on my deal. I thanked her for her time. Christine needs to check into some anger management or toughen up if she’s going to be in the used car business. More
