Christine is defensive and has a poor attitude I was inquiring about a Toyota Highlander. We were negotiating the price. I questioned Christine on several things that I knew were incorrect. She sen I was inquiring about a Toyota Highlander. We were negotiating the price. I questioned Christine on several things that I knew were incorrect. She sent me a text saying “I have no reason to lie” I responded to her that I wasn’t being smug, but she had a lot of reason to lie. She became extremely defensive and started blowing up my phone with texts basically accusing me of calling her a liar and that I was talking down to a salesperson. I in fact was not talking down to her. I asked her if I could speak with somebody a little less sensitive. She responded by telling me she sold 30 cars last month and her manager said they were passing on my deal. I thanked her for her time. Christine needs to check into some anger management or toughen up if she’s going to be in the used car business. More
