The service department has always been attentive and friendly along with the parts department. The new car buyers parties have always been fun and we finally won a door prize. The finance department was friendly and explained all the details of our purchases. The sales people have always done right with us and never stopped short of listening to our wants and desires and went out of their way to satisfy us. More

Expedited Car Purchase This was one of our finest experiences purchasing a car over at the LHM TOYOTA Colorado Springs. We were assisted through the whole process with Jarrod by our side. From beginning to end, we only spent three hours at the dealership and we were on our way home with our new Highlander! Stole from my vehicle I don't even want to give one star. I brought my vehicle in for a 10k mile servicing. All was fine and dandy until I got my vehicle back - over $10 I don't even want to give one star. I brought my vehicle in for a 10k mile servicing. All was fine and dandy until I got my vehicle back - over $100 was stolen from my center console. I went back inside and discreetly addressed the issue. Finally spoke very briefly with the service manager (Don) who, from the start, was quite dismissive of the matter. He claimed from the very start that they simply do not have problems with stealing since they have a zero tolerance for such behavior. He also said they are not responsible for items left in vehicles. So, does that mean employees are allowed to steal whatever they please from vehicles?!?!?!?! Don searched my vehicle and asked the employee who worked on my vehicle if he knew anything about it (of COURSE he's going to deny it ...). Don said he also searched the employee's work station and locker (like you'd put stolen money in an easy to find place, really??). Don came back and said they don't have my stolen money, but said he would review security camera footage and follow up with me that afternoon. He never called back. I called and had to leave a message that afternoon, but still no return phone call. No follow-up the next day either! I email the GM the next day to notify him of the issue and explain what happened and told him I want my money back. His response? One sentence. He didn't even bother to apologize. Simply stated he would do an internal investigation and respond within a few days. Not an hour later, I receive an email from Don. This email says the same thing he told me yesterday about how he 'tried' to figure it out and said that there was nothing more he could do to help. I have yet to see if the GM will actually do anything about this. I will never use this dealership and will never use their service center again. Such blatant dishonesty, lack of ethics, and lack of integrity are unacceptable. If you dare use this service center, you may want to empty your car of all personal assets, since they don't hold themselves responsible for theft. They don't care and won't dig deeper because of the desire to maintain plausible deniability that it ever happens. Don't believe them when they say they have zero tolerance for theft - they only ignore it and don't seek truth. Willful ignorance. More
Disappointed Purchased a 2018 Tacoma Sept 4th. Was told by my salesman he’d make sure the scratches in my truck would be taken care of. Days went by and never hear Purchased a 2018 Tacoma Sept 4th. Was told by my salesman he’d make sure the scratches in my truck would be taken care of. Days went by and never heard from him...2 weeks later received a call from Jarrod Staggs asking me to complete his survey and to make sure I give him 100’s on it all. He guaranteed if I did it he’d schedule my truck to get it buffed to remove the scratches. He said “ I’ll schedule it myself and call you back shortly.” Well it’s now been almost 2 months later and I’ve NEVER heard from him again nor has my truck been scheduled to be repaired. Very very disappointed in this salesman. Seems like he just wanted a sale and never followed through on his promise to make things right. Wish I had dealt with someone else. Won’t deal with them again. More
Lug nuts over torqued When the service dept. rotated my tires, they over torqued the lug nuts to 137 ft.lb. Toyota manual specified 76 ft.lb. of torque. To fix a flat with that kind of torque andToyota's short lug wrench, one would have to be extremely muscular. I loudly voiced my complaint at my next service interval. A few days later I again checked the torque. It was 137 ft.lb. The hub caps were not completely on and were not aligned with the lug nuts, Thus, one has to remove the hubcap to get at the lug nuts. I made 4 phone calls to complain, but have not reached anybody of any authority. More
