Good customer service I approached the dealership on a Friday evening with a very particular new car request. The following day, the dealership found the exact match and dr I approached the dealership on a Friday evening with a very particular new car request. The following day, the dealership found the exact match and drove over 100 miles round trip to pickup the vehicle. Since I do not live in the Colorado Springs area, the dealership not only drove over 100 miles to pickup the vehicle, they drove an extra 450+ miles to deliver the new car to my home. I was very impressed with their responsiveness to find the EXACT car and their willingness to deliver the new car to me! The only reason for the four-star rating and not five, is like most dealerships, we had to maneuver through the negotiation non-sense. For example, had to fight for the final price, had to fight for a good trade-in and had to dodge the added buy-ups. The renegotiation process left me with a tendency to second guess if I was getting a fair price... If the dealership had been forthright from the beginning on the price, interest rate and trade-in than everything would have gone smoother and I could have avoided the buyer beware mentality. But, like most dealerships, this is what you expect, right??? Someday in a magical world, there will be a dealership that will be completely transparent on the bottom-line fair price where the buyer and dealer can have an honest and straight forward retail experience. With that said, at the end of the day, I was happy with the price and I was extremely impressed with their responsive customer service. More
