Truly great experience I went on-line and asked the dealership if they had any 2018 Toyota Tacomas for lease. Very shortly after I sent the e-mail, Mr. Jarrod Staggs was on I went on-line and asked the dealership if they had any 2018 Toyota Tacomas for lease. Very shortly after I sent the e-mail, Mr. Jarrod Staggs was on the phone with information about leasing. We made an appointment for the next morning. When I arrived (early) at the dealership a gentleman opened the door and asked if he could help me. When I said I had an appointment with Jarrod he called him to let him know I had arrived. Jarrod was very friendly and totally professional. We talked for a few minutes and then walked out to the lot to look at the vehicles that were available. Jarrod explained the different models and really knew what he was talking about. He explained everything about the Toyota Safety Sense program and the KARR Guard windshield. I then took a Tacoma for a test drive and I was sold! I called my wife to confirm that we wanted a gray truck rather than the red one I'd driven. I put a deposit down and made an appointment for the next morning to seal the deal with my wife and I. We arrived a bit early and found Jarrod finishing up the paperwork. He had the gray Tacoma all detailed and waiting for us. He had my wife sit in the driver's seat as he explained and demonstrated all the features to us and answered any questions we had. While this was going on, the management staff was running our credit scores and other background checks. Then it was in to see Mr. Jim Miller in finance to complete all the paperwork for our lease. The whole process took about 2 1/2 hours and we were on our way!! Jarrod made this whole experience a true pleasure. He knows his business and loves his Toyotas!!
