My trade and buy went smoothly with Alan. I had researched prior to visiting the dealership so I was an easy sale, however no pressure was put on me to change my mind or upsell me. Was in and out in about an hour to place an order for RAV4 Limited and kept informed on estimated delivery date. My car arrived in that window from Canada, my trade and purchase out the door in about three hours. That included driving and some simple training on the new car, with instructions to call if I needed help. It was overall a very pleasant experience! More

This was the best car buying experience we ever had. They listened to what we wanted and didn't try to oversell us on anything. We had the car selected and our deposit made by email, phone, and text w They listened to what we wanted and didn't try to oversell us on anything. We had the car selected and our deposit made by email, phone, and text within a couple hours on a Sunday. Financing done the following day, Monday, and drove from Knoxville to Nashville to pick it up Tuesday, signed the papers and were out the door. Jimmie Giles was our salesman, and he is AWESOME! More
