I love Toyota of Cool Springs. I bought my first Rav 4 there in 2020 and my 2nd Rav 4 on March 3, 2025. I had all my maintenance done there and will do the same with my new Rav4. My 2020 is still in great shape, but my son needs a car, so I decided to sell my 2020 to him and get a new Rav for myself. Alan Richardson made the whole "purchasing" experience a positive one. The process of buying a car is not something I enjoy. My encounters with Alan were easy and comfortable. He was quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns and actually made this purchase memorable and enjoyable. I hope he's still there when I make my next car purchase. I had forgotten my checkbook, so we had to wait a bit until my son arrived. lol I appreciated Trey's willingness to explain things to me at my level of understanding.
