He’s not a pressure salesman; he wants you to have what you want and doesn’t try to steer you in a direction that takes you out of your comfort zone. The Finance Manager, Patrick Holland, was excellent as well. He too is very knowledgeable and personable. My husband and I left there very happy with a shiny new Tacom TRD 4x4 Sport! Oh...and did I mention we arrived just before they were scheduled to close and they worked with us well after closing time to take care of us. But on a recent visit, I was very apprehensive to speak to a random Service Advisor because my dash was lit up like a Christmas tree, but the Service Advisor Rycine "Ray" Ellison quickly made me feel that he was genuinely there to help by discussing options and understanding my predicament.
