The coffee was good Waited a few months for them to resolve some issues before writing this, but still nothing so here goes. First, the buying process is brutally longer than it needs to be. Even with pre-filling out most of the credit forms, personal info, etc, we were there several hours (as in 5). Next, they had the wrong VIN on the paperwork so we had to go back to fill it all out again a few weeks later. Do you think they had it all ready and waiting on us since it was their mistake and a major inconvenience? Nope! Lastly, there were 2 LARGE scratches on the passenger door which was discovered when we got home. After being told they would coordinate with the body shop to fix it, we are still waiting (even after calling back to remind them.) Oh, and 2 months later, we still don't have a permanent license plate. I will add that both Jeff and Dallas were very pleasant to work with and Jeff is in the process of helping to resolve the issues above. However, if you have another dealer option that's convenient, and they have the vehicle you want, definitely go there first before heading here. More
