Maintenance Kenny Norton is the kind of person that is all about the details. He has been my go to guy for more than 15 years and never ceases to impress me. I wa Kenny Norton is the kind of person that is all about the details. He has been my go to guy for more than 15 years and never ceases to impress me. I was thrilled to find him again after he was let go at Beaman last year, stupid move on their part! Kudos to Toyota of Cool Springs for finding him and putting him back where he belongs. I don't know of another more qualified and talented person to take of my car maintenance needs. When he says it's going to be fixed this way or that,,,it is! He has always been in charge of everything on my Toyota vehicles from repair to tires and oil changes. You guys made a very wise decision in hiring him, to get a leg up on the competition. It's making things happen like this that show me you guys at TCSPG are paying close attention to what matters after the sale, and taking care of your customers all along the way. More

Steer clear of this guy. I interacted with him once and found him to be rude and argumentative. Will not deal with him again. Dishonest Promised one thing, no it was guaranteed a fix for a high price. The actual cost 3 times more and a half the value of the car. They could not get Toyo Promised one thing, no it was guaranteed a fix for a high price. The actual cost 3 times more and a half the value of the car. They could not get Toyota part for 3 days while expecting it every day. Wrecked our budget! An honest evaluation could of helped. More

Great Service I had my Sequoia serviced today and was very pleased. A couple of problems were found, explained to me, and then fixed. Noi explained that extra time was needed so he shuttled my friends and me to a restaurant so that we would not be kept waiting at the dealership. Unresponsive, irresponsible, garbage support I bought a car from Toyota of Cool Springs and have since come to regret it. They almost allowed my warrant to void because they wouldn't get me the d I bought a car from Toyota of Cool Springs and have since come to regret it. They almost allowed my warrant to void because they wouldn't get me the details I needed to maintain it. They let my temporary tags expire before they told me that I needed to take the car for emissions testing (Which they should've done). I took my car somewhere else because they are garbage and i spent a day trying them to get me a copy of my warranty for this other Toyota shop to fix my car. Now my car will need 2 days in the shop because they couldn't be bothered to help me until I lost my temper. HATE this place. I hope they fail and I'd love to help them lose business. More
